Fresh Mint Matcha Protein Shake

Ingredients

1.5C Almond Milk

1/2 Frozen Banana

2-4 Sprigs Fresh Mint

1/2-1 tsp Ingredient Grade Matcha Powder

1-2 Servings Plant Based Protein Powder (20-30 grams, I used Garden of Life Sport, which has 30g protein per serving)

Optional: 1/2 tsp Spirulina Powder (for a stronger green color and added health benefits)

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
