Blue Minty Matcha Protein Shake
ingredients
1.5C Flax Milk (Without added protein. If you use mylk with added protein, add less protein powder or the shake will become too thick.
1 Frozen Banana
1 tsp Dried Spearmint (or 2 Fresh Sprigs Mint)
1 Serving of Plant Based Protein Powder (20-30 grams, I used Garden of Life Sport)
1 tsp Ingredient Grade Matcha
1/2 tsp Blue Spirulina
Directions
Measure out ingredients, add to a blender, and blend until smooth.
