Tangy Walnut Sauce

This is a Vegan Creamy Sauce that works perfectly as a salad dressing, a way to compliment grain bowl, drizzled on soup, or even as a pizza topping!

Ingredients

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 Tbsp Red Wine Vin.

1-2 Tablespoon honey

2 teaspoons dijon mustard

1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried basil leaves

1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

1 teaspoon dried parsley leaves

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 Garlic Clove

½-3/4C Walnuts

3/4-1 C Water (add more to thin out sauce)

Directions

Measure out ingredients and add to a high speed blender.

Blend until creamy smooth.
