Sweet and sour ginger dressing

Perfect for salads and rice bowls.

Ingredients

1.5 Tbsp Tamari Soy Sauce

3 Tbsp Rice Vinegar

2 Tbsp Tahini

1 Tbsp Lime

1 tsp Garlic Powder (or 1 garlic clove)

2 Chopped Medjool Dates

1.5 Tbsp Grated Ginger

1/4-1/2C Water

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.


Stir fried veggies (green beans, onion, red pepper, zucchini) and baked tofu over a bed of rice mix and black beans, topped with ginger dressing, sesame seeds, and dulse flakes.
