Apple Hemp Muffins (Vegan & GF)
These muffins are moist, oil free, and low in added sugars (sweetened with maple syrup and coconut sugar)
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
1 1/4C Sorghum Flour
3/4C Almond Flour/Meal
1/2C GF Flour 1:1 Replacement
3/4C Hemp Seeds
2tsp Baking Powder
1tsp Cinnamon
1/4-1/2tsp Cardamum Powder
Wet Ingredients
3/4C Non-Dairy Milk
2tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4C Maple Syrup
1/4C Coconut Sugar
Directions
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately and combine together. Warm oven to 350 F and bake muffins for 22-26 minutes. Remove from oven and set out to cool before enjoying. Top with extra hemp seeds or a cashew cream for an extra special experience!
